A.D. “Vodovod i kanalizacija” Bijeljina started to exist as the Public Company “Vodovod i kanalizacija” Bijeljina as of 31 July 1991, separating from the public utility work organization “4th July” and performing its core activity of exploitation, purification and distribution of water.
The Company then went through several proprietary transformations and the process of transformation to Shareholder Company was initiated on 29 December 1999, upon adoption of the Decision on Transformation of the Basic Public State Company to the Shareholders Company.
As of July 2004, this Company exists as Shareholder Company “Vodovod i kanalizacija” Bijeljina.
