{"id":871,"date":"2017-10-31T13:39:57","date_gmt":"2017-10-31T11:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bnvodovod.com\/v2\/?page_id=871"},"modified":"2018-02-08T14:00:08","modified_gmt":"2018-02-08T12:00:08","slug":"about-the-company-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bnvodovod.com\/v2\/en\/about-the-company-2\/","title":{"rendered":"About the Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A.D. &#8220;Vodovod i kanalizacija&#8221; Bijeljina started to exist as the Public Company \u201cVodovod i kanalizacija\u201d Bijeljina as of 31 July 1991, separating from the public utility work organization \u201c4th July\u201d and performing its core activity of exploitation, purification and distribution of water.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bnvodovod.com\/images\/toranj.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>The Company then went through several proprietary transformations and the process of transformation to Shareholder Company was initiated on 29 December 1999, upon adoption of the Decision on Transformation of the Basic Public State Company to the Shareholders Company.<br \/>\nAs of July 2004, this Company exists as Shareholder Company \u201cVodovod i kanalizacija\u201d Bijeljina.<\/p>\n<p>A.D. &#8220;Vodovod i kanalizacija&#8221; Bijeljina operates as a modern company, constantly striving towards improvement and enlargement of its core activities.<span>\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nAt the end of the privatisation process, the structure of shareholder capital is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"style3\"><strong>Bijeljina Municipality \u2013 65%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"style3\"><strong>Pension reserve fund of RS a.d. Banja Luka \u2013 10 %<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"style3\"><strong>Restitution fund of RS a.d. Banja Luka \u2013 5%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"style3\"><strong>Small shareholders \u2013 20%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bnvodovod.com\/images\/zgrada.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>The number of employees, and particularly those with a university degree, has been increased over the past several years, which contributed to rising professionalism and expertise in performing of the registered activity.
